I love my win xp machine and will stick with it till it dies. My solution was to make a partition and install win7 thus creating a dual boot system. It was simple to install win7 on an xp system , but much more complicated to install xp on my win8 laptop. I find win8 hard to use after xp but the classic shell makes it bearable.
