Try using 8.8.8.8 as your primary DNS and see if that keeps dropping, if it does it's your router and not Telstra's DNS.

Done all of the above. Also been using Google servers on 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 for the past few weeks. I've also checked at different sites, Liverpool, Seven Hills and around Burwood. Same issues.
