goto dos prompt and type netstat, and work out what should or shouldnt be connecteded to you. port 80 or 163.373.826:80 is a website etc ... or if they use dns it's more like www.Google.com:80 etc .. if there's a lot if other open ports with connections.. give or take torrents and other things which you can eliminate yourself .. then there is something wrong
