For the life of me I can't see a running chicken, and to be honest, it's not a very interesting object, at least not in my photograph of this DSO!
Maybe it needs lots of Ha to fill it in. This is about 3 hrs worth of 5 min subs on my SBIG 8300c OSC. Shot from my backyard in suburban Melbourne with the IDAS LP filter in place.
It's my first go at dithering, and I think I've finally figured out flats (Hooray!) so I'm pleased with the quieter, cleaner results from these techniques.
...now to try all this on something much more aesthetically pleasing!
