Very interesting, Justin. I searched for images at internet, and really there is only one. Soon, yours will be the second.
I found it in Carte Du Ciel with RA and DEC from your reply in the post of sjastro : CG1 (aka Be 135). Cometary Globule in Puppis. (ra: 07:19.21 / dec - 44:36). And it is near the region I am working, LMC, and in good position to capture.
Near... not so much, but at the same side, a bit above.
And about the winds... I know exactly, perfectly, absolutely what you told.
