On my MacBook I do this:
Go to iPhoto's and just click the one I want, it gets a yellow box around it.
Then up to the toolbar,I think it's called, click on file go down to export which opens another box. I click custom and do an 800 for the size. Then export it to what ever file you want, then manage attachments etc etc etc. If you use one of those other computers I got no idea!
Fingers crossed. Bob is my kids Uncle actually!
