Let's start the official IIS 2012 expedition thread now (anyone going to India/China in 2009 for the longest duration eclipse of this century?).

The 2028 one in Sydney is interesting, not just because I hope to observe it from the frontyard, but just how close the prediction will be. It assumes a certain Delta-T for 2028 (90 seconds), but Delta-T has hardly moved in the last decade at around 64 seconds.
