Stephen Chadwick and Ian Cooper have this in "Imaging the southern sky" known as the Torch Bearer Nebula ( no hemisphere shenanigans..), a good NB target and a reasonable FOV if doing wide field, but specifically NGC3756 alongside NGC3603. I tried this last year with DSLR, rgb and a Ha filter but struggled with processing couldn't get the registration right.

Having said that, you do a fair few mosaics so this whole area including Running Chicken, is well up for grabs.
