Driving out Toyota, BMW & Honda and bringing in underfunded, underdeveloped, unrarksble back marker teams with pay drivers like Caterham, Marussia, USGP & HRT?
F1 has always been a development formula. Best smartest, most funded team wins. Want parity? Watch Indycar. (Arguably better racing) won't stop me watching, but any billionaire like Tony Fernandes can buy an F1 team. But without perseverance, mega bucks and decent drivers no one will replicate Deitrich Matechitz success in a hurry.
