help me understand PHD values

Space-oids!
For some reason tonight I couldn't get Maxim to guide with a modified guider /lodestar, so I switched to PHD and had no issues.
I was shooting at 1500FL RC8 and my graph looks reasonably flat.
My OSc index is between 0.23-0.29 and my RMS varies between 0.07 and 0.09.
I have funny stars in one corner which I am damn sure are collimation related but are these good numbers?
I tend to go blank and freeze when people get too technical (like that lady lizard in Rango!) but would sort of like a shout out to say I am doing the right thing.
It's funny that my duo set up tonight-side by side C8 edge HD with an SXVR H9C-+ AP .67 telecompressor, I know the field is smaller but the stars are much better on that than the RC 8 with my QSI- even though the guide scope is on the RC 8. Collimation?
