Hi,

An image I've wanted to put together for while.
This is 2 panels stitched together using ICE, I then had to layer in some missing wedges of sky then crop the image, using photo shop.

Also decided to diffuse the stars in Crux and Alpha and Beta Cen. I've never done this before and quite enjoyed the process.

Equipment used.
HEQ Pro 5 mount, orion mini guider.
Camera.
Unmodded Cannon 1100D, nifty fifty .
18 x 2 minute subs at ISO 800, each panel.
Stacked in Deep Sky Stacker. Stitched in Microsoft ICE, Processed in Photoshop 7.
