ok...what you need to do is have a section of the track that is just the noise first...you can highlight this section first. Then goto effect, noise removal. This will open a dialog box. now you can go with the default settings there or change them as needed. Pretty much click get noise profile button and it will create a noise profile and remove it from your whole track...simple...
