I have a SW AZEQ6 GOTO with a C11 on it for observing. I will keep it for observing together with my wife, son, daughter, granddaughter.
Right now, I am considering buying a mount for AP
. I have been doing some search/research and I am kind of between the AP Mach1GTO and the SB Paramount MX. I am in Brasil. The AP specifications says its "Tracking Modes: EQ North" and the SB "Tracking Modes: EQ North and EQ South". Although right now I am in favor of the SB, if I decide for the AP (less expensive...), does it make a difference for someone in the Southern Hemisphere?
