Well you didn't hold back on the plunge into the hobby with your setup.
The Paramount and the CDK by them selves cost wise matches all my gear added up. But then if you can afford it why not just do it. I know fisherman who own 100k of boat and still can't get a weekend to use it or know how to fish. It looks like you are getting your head around the tricks to good astrophotography, keep up the good work.
