So so true. Just received a parcel from the USA dispatched on 17th December (18th here) but my Telstra bill arrived today too but date of issue 4 December 2013
with a pay by date of 11 December (yet another late fee to contend with!
). Anything coming from the East is taking nearly 1.5 to 2 weeks at the moment.
This is a common problem for us here in the West.
