Betcha you cant take a loaded gun onto a plane over there, even if you claim it is only to shoot all the people who annoy you by talking on their phones
I reckon the simplest answer is to make planes in 3 parts with soundproof bulkheads between em.
a) People with phones
b) People with babies ( this should start a new war
)
c) The rest
