Cool First Astro Image Try- Orion Nebula: Help Please

This is a photo (black and white) I took of the Orion Nebula on Friday night using a 9.25" CGEM 925. It is 29 images of 30 seconds exposure which equals 14:30 minutes. It was taken with a Nikon D-7100 and is in black and white because i could not get the colour to come out using Deep sky Stacker.

Does anyone know how to get the colour out because there is red and blue in the original photo but only blue in the final?

The black and white is the final photo, the blue is what came out of DSS and the blue and red is the original photo.

Thanks!
