Synscan database
One observation and one question. Has anyone noticed that the numbers
claimed for several of the object types in the Synscan database are seriously off;
for example, the manual says that there are 55 double stars[mine has 21], 20 variables [mine has 9], 212 named stars,[mine has 108].
Version 3.2 had no SAO catalogue stars, but 3.35
does, and being as the SAO catalogue is huge, I was wondering if
anyone knows how many SAO stars the database contains.
