http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cn3NbS6TM8k I really like the way they did this one. The perspective that the wand out front gives is good. I haven't really got my head around using Sony Vegas yet but the GoPro editing software is a doddle to use, very intuitive and quite powerful.
The thing that worries me is that one really isn't enough, the more the better....
