John, NGC 246 I liken to the Mercedes-Benz sign,I first saw this at Astrofest in my 8' SCT,and has been a favourite ever since.
Shapley 1 as you say is a good target for larger scopes.
I am sure we could easily pick 10 PN's,but five was the ask so some had to miss out
