Nicely picked up - I guess each system is different and each person's system gives a different interpretation of what they see.
I really like some of the softer and yet detailed shots that I have seen here. Sometimes I think I over process and back off a bit - but I do try to include what I see in the eyepiece or laptop screen in between the crappy seeing. So I guess the detail is right but I'm not happy with my ability to get the rest as a representation of what I see.
I love Iceman's shots. I think they are just right.
I have to shoot at 320x240 at 5fps with only 2xbarlow (thus small picture size) as my laptop can't handle anything greater without dropping frames and the colour is all wrong for me. Oh well it all takes time, patience and money. I finally got the colour balance right I think, so Ive added the new photo - better colour balance.
