ISS Pass 26/3/06

The ISS had a very favourable pass over my site (Oberon) last night rising at about 19:36 at 318az, peaking at an alt of 72 degrees, and setting at az 132 about 10 minutes later.

I had updated Satscape on my lappy and synchronised the clock when I realised it had changed off DST to EST and I nearly missed it . But I managed to get outside in time to catch it just after peak. Wasn't sure if I'd see any detail with the binoculars but I think I did... attached is my observation report. I will try to confirm that what I saw was detail and not some sort of optical aberration tonight... it was a bit rushed when I realised what the real time was...
