Mike your bad seeing must be the same as my best day at Warwick. Nice round stars, but if that was bad how good could it be with better seeing, some fast exposures and Registax type processing.
Renato threw this idea past me at the last Astrofest and you have done what I was trying to do this week (if it wasn't for those pesky clouds). High res cores of bright deep sky objects.
Are well maybe next fortnight when I'm back at the farm.
