I have to admit, I know sweet FA about anything to do with vegetables LOL
I usually get English mustard, but for some reason my local Woolies don't stock it and I really couldn't be bothered to make an extra stop at Coles. But I like the taste of that "American" mustard so no huge deal for me. Still prefer the English mustard though.

Oh nice! One of things I want to do is grind fresh Nagas into my sauce. I do have a bottle of Dave's Naga Jolokia chilli sauce which is supposedly 100 times hotter than Jalapenos and about 3-6 times hotter than a Habanero (depending on the variety). 650,000 scolville units of pure pain
One time I put a heaped tablespoon of it in my Buffalo wing sauce mixture and could see my breath in a 16C room
