Yes Carl, I am starting to get better at this but I think I am still very much a beginner, I am still learning as I go, the camera does not overheat with short subs unless the ambient temp at night is over 25 degrees, I use a standard t mount with a canon eos adapter on it then a canon eos to sony nex adapter to the camera.
