10" Tube is an AOS 10" F5
Just for the sake of any collectors out there - the 10" Dob has an Astro Optical 10" F5 tube with the locally built off axis guider focusser that they dabbled with ( hence large rotating stage that the eyepiece is mounted on ) - so likely lots of AOS bits there on the tube for the collector.
The mount looks like one of those built and sold by Ken Wallace through Bintel in the mid '80's - very solid.
