I don't know much about the QHY10 but being a Sony sensor it will have anti-blooming which effects the dynamic range near full signal and stops over exposing to a destructive level but it still might not be enough to stop overload from the green pixels next to it in the bayer matrix and swamping the signal of the blue. Maybe some much shorter exposures to blend in just to get the star colours.
I didn't get strong colours until I went mono with LRGB, but that is not to say the OSC is not capable of getting good colour I'm just not the person with the knowledge of how to improve your result.
