Thank's again for the feedback.

Yes this is a very special telescope.

I was expecting contact from you, Steve, regarding this system, as I am very aware of your collection of Unitron's.

The optics in this unit are better than a Unitron f15 4 incher, as I have tested this unit next to my three Unitron 4 inch f15's, and it beats all of them.

Unitron's are exquisite units, sure - and rare as you know, but this unit is much much much rarer. As my ad states I have seen one GoTo Gogaku in my life, this unit !!! That's in 50 years of very active astronomy, and very active collecting. Plus having owned hundreds upon hundreds of telescopes over the decades this unit has been one of my prizes, sure. But it's simply going to sit there, it deserves for someone to actually use it.

If someone wants it via Ice In Space then great, if not - will sell it in Japan or Europe, and at a higher price, as this unit wouldn't last long on the international web "For Sale" pages.

When I view the sky I use telescopes such as my obsy's 250mm Officina Stellare Sitall glass and Carbon fibre Maksutov, or one of my triplet LZOS's, or one of my Carl Zeiss oil spaced triplets. You would expect this, I am a perfectionist, and this gear simply screams performance. So the GoTo Gogaku - it's simply not going to see starlight with me, so it should go to someone that actually wants either something to use, or wants something really really really rare, and exotic for their collection.

I have far too many telescopes, you simply can't use over 170 units

Simple as that.

Clear skies.
