Dunno re ready made but there is a second option with cat5 patch cables.
Std cat 5 pins ar 1-1,2-2,3-3 so opposite the Meade layout.
However, there are also 8 wire "connectors" out thete that come in 2 flavours, straight through, or crossover.

By using the correct one, you can add a cat 5 extension to a Meade curvy cord, or join 2 cat 5 leads into one that "emulates" a Meade Hbx cable.
Just gotta use the right ones for the right job.
ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS do a continuity check if doing this,
as getting it wrong will put reverse polarity voltage into the Hbx.
If unsure, dont do it.
