I believe Skwatcher stuff has a 5 year warranty, so if it's not too old you may be able to get a warranty replacement.

I'd be contacting your local Skywatcher reseller, if you don't have one in NZ try Bintel.

If you're not within the warranty period, I suspect you'll find the price a bit unpalatable, might be a better option to go to EQmod and use a laptop (if you have one).
