That scared the s||t out of me. Heard a loud thump and here's what's in my front yard. One of the palms fell. Lucky it fell in the only spot where it wouldn't level anything.
That's the third tree I lost due to wind and the second palm in the past 6 months. I took shots of the roots. It looks like it was holding by bugger all. Is this some kind of disease or just the way it is? Very shallow bulbs. If that's the case I'm going to get the rest of them chopped.
