Looks like there will be another update soon to deal with white text on buttons:

Yep, I see it (big sigh). This white text on some buttons when in night vision appears to be a bug (or change in behavior) on iOS 7. I'm pretty surprised we missed this during testing, but it is what it is.
You might need to live with this for a week or two while we see what else crops up wit respect to iOS 7 incompatibilities.
