Same formulae as the eyepiece projection. Just remember the negative sign for the focal length of the barlow. How to measure the focal length of a negative lens?? Easy. When the projected image of the sun is twice the clear aperture of the barlow lens the distance from the centre of the lens to the image is the focal length.
