You won't have the issue over the area you're stitching because the sky curvature over the whole FOV is minimal. With much larger mosaics you usually have to make a scaffold then match the individual subs onto it. There is a tool in PixInsight to generate an artificial starfield that you can use as a base for very large mosaics such as big chunks of the milkyway. Or you can get an existing widefield of the area then up sample it to much the image scale of your subs and do it this way.
