Hi to all
A colleague from the UK asked me to image this small galaxy in Microscopium because it's one of that class of elliptical galaxies with faint outer shells. I did it the other night under not very good conditions with lots of high cloud and I gave up after 150 minutes because the cloud got too bad. In any case this image seems to show some concentric structure. I couldn't find an image on the web with which to compare it though. Can anyone point me to a link?
My image is a full resolution crop.
