Stefan's Needle recomissioned?
Hi all!!
For those acquainted with Brisbane, especially during Expo 88, they will remember Stefan's Needle that was at West End. Well, while I was trying to image (and I mean trying - I gave up in frustration, but that's another story!) I noticed this beam of light coming from that general direction. I'm not sure if they dismantled the needle but if not it may have been fired up again! Isn't that just dandy!!
Does anybody know what this light might be if it's not Stefan's Needle?
As an aside, I've also taken a series of images at different exposure lengths, all at ISO3200 which I've collated into one image and attached here. I found it interesting at just how much light is around in what I considered "dark" conditions!!
