 Doesn't mean anything to me, but might help someone work out what's going on. 
I suspected something to do with a bold font, hence the edit test but I couldn't see of the font was really bold... it didn't show up  .

I don't think it's a BOLD tag, the tag's he's used are: {SIZE=3} {FONT=Comic Sans MS} {COLOR=black}
( I've used { } instead of [ ] )
