One observation - SB have been super responsive of late with replacement bits n pieces where needed, shipping across the globe with no expense spared. Take some comfort in that. It's a very well supported product. |
My MEII arrived with bent locking bolts and a snapped Versa plate locking clamp. Replacements arrived 4 days later. Very fast service. Have not been able to fully test it out yet but it looks gorgeous and start-up has been to spec.
