Ahh surprise. Nothing done yet regarding my serial numbers. Totally peed off with those idiots. They make great mounts but have no idea about customer service. I am pretty annoyed. It has been over a week since we gave them the serial numbers and I have done that twice and yet no action. MORONS!!!!!
