Sorry to hear that Alex, take it easy, but stay active, it's really important !
At least you don't have osteoporosis... That's worst I think. My mum fractured a vertebra turning over in bed... 8 months in hospital on her back. It was also the turning point where she had to go into aged care where her diet would be properly managed.
