Hehe I have seen #11, it's in a very pretty park (Hei Long Tan) in Lijiang, Yunnan province. I'm sure they know its wrong as it raises a chuckle from hundreds of visitors each day, both western and the locals who can read English...

BTW... An amusing thought - in mainland china the number of people enrolling to learn English - EACH YEAR - exceeds the population of the UK. And they are quite enthusiastic about practising if you're willing.
