Just had a look in Astroplanner - started imaging when it was at 20 deg altitude - highest it got was 33 degs. This was one of the objects I stayed up all night for. I had to cut short the blue subs because the sun was rising.

Thanks Dennis - changing the focuser on that Meade and adding the Orion flattener has made it quite a nice imaging scope. It sure is a lot more forgiving than the 10" newt.
