I assume you are planning to produce a stacked planetary image?
Use Canon Zoom Browser. It should have come with the camera on the CD. If not i think you can search and download it.
Click on the file then you choose export. You can export the movie to jpg images or to avi (different movie format).
Download Registax and it will be able to read either the jpgs or the avi. I use the avi, as registax still shows the individual frames.
Perhaps search for a tutorial on registax as it is a bit long to explain here.
