I'm not out there long George. 6 panes for the disc is 1700 frames captured @ 60FPS & for the proms, 900-1200 frames @ 30FPS. I don't capture a million AVI's like I used to do lol. It's one set & I'm out of there. Naturally if it's lovely seeing though, I'll have a muck about with barlows etc.
Takes about a min for each AVI in AS!2. 2 mins to convert the TIFF's to BMP, into Imerge for the mosaic, roughly 5 mins. Into Registax, another 5 mins..All up I can get a result posted in roughly an hour at a leisurely rate.
