Dont even get me started.
I shipped a brand new iPhone 4s to them via Express 'Platinum' service and they lost it. Mind you i was sending it with great urgency to the Director of the company i work for.
Spent countless hours on the phone, had to provide reciepts. Took 3 months to get money back after a comedy of errors on their behalf. It was just a complete nightmare. Paying extra for the platinum service means jack.
