Fantastic image Ian! All the hallmarks of a fine image. Colour looks a little out of balance to my eye. Blue is too strong which has started to turn some of the yellow stars green. On closer inspection, the red channel is black clipped which is the the likely cause. I think if you reprocessed this keeping a close watch on the histogram during the processing routine, you'd end up with a richer well balanced image. I've attached an quick tweak as an example. All I did was increased the red channel levels which is a tardy way correcting the blue shift. Really data that is clipped is lost for good which is the reason for the repro suggestion. All other aspects of the image are great and something I would certainly be proud of. Keep up the great work, and looking forward to seeing more.
