I just had a muck-around with using the different filter images off the cassini raw images site and putting them into the colour channels of a single image. Then a bit of hue adjustment. Would need lots more work to look really good but interesting anyway.

One of the best Cassini images yet I think, absolutely stunning. The 3D structure of the cloud tops is impressive.
It's also fascinating how the atmosphere swirls so precisely around the pole on this massive planet, the image scale is about 3kms per pixel so the whole image is only a few thousand kms across.

How impressive is it going to be once Juno reaches Jupiter and we start getting pictures like these?!?!?
