Please explain?

Good morning everyone!!

Around the Sunnybank area in Brisbane there are several $10 hairdressers where you insert $10 into a machine, get a ticket and then wait for your number to be called.

On the window of one of them there is this (see attached) notice - I always make sure I haven't made one before I go.... :D

My dearest goes to the hair dresser every week for a set, every 4 weeks for a colour and every three months for a perm.

I take her every odd week and sweep the floor while waiting. For this I get a free haircut.
