Hi all, I have just uploaded my recent image of the irregular galaxy NGC55 in sculptor, an object that would deserve a much higher resolution of my meter long FL. Luckily, being quite close to our galaxy it is still large enough to show some details.

NGC55 (http://www.glitteringlights.com/Images/deepsky/13667287_7Mtr58#!i=2233361458&k=BJXXqB7&lb=1&s=X3)

Apo TEC140 (140/f7.2) - FLI Proline 16803 - L (350m) R (120m) G (110m) B (120m).

Not a fantastic image but still a nice object of these months' skies, hope you will like it.

Clear skies
Marco

Looks really good! Beautiful colours for me to aspire to with my own TEC140. Great to see what is possible.

That's the nicest NGC55 I've seen.

If you want to image galaxies regularly though you gonna have to consider a CDK12.5 inch at least or something similar.

You'd be dangerous with one of those!

Greg.
