QHY5 and Windows 7 - help needed

I have an early model QHY5 and for the life of me I can't get it to work with Windows 7.

I've installed all the relevant drivers but the light won't even come on.

Has anyone had a similar experience and can offer a solution?

What program are you trying to use it with?

Trying with PhdGuiding but also tried qVideo both without success

In PHD try choosing Ascom v5 Camera. A dialog box will pop up then choose QHY5.

Once the moon and clouds co-operate I'll be out there putting it through its paces.
